Optima is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to perform various office and clinical duties to ensure our practice runs at optimal efficiency. The ideal LPN will be expected to prioritize providers' needs and balance tasks while working in a fast-paced environment

Licensed Practical Nurse Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient care and serve as scribe for the provider.
  • Clean and prepare exam rooms prior to/following patient appointments.
  • Able to perform various medical procedures such as EKG, PFT, Ear Lavage etc.
  • Perform phlebotomy, IV initiation, and drug therapy management.
  • Assist with patient scheduling, follow up, and provider charting as needed.


Licensed Practical Nurse Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program and a valid LPN license in the State of Arizona
  • At least 1 year of clinical work experience as an LPN
  • At least 1 year of EMR experience; eClinicalWorks preferred
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
