  • Relocation Assistance! -Outpatient Genitourinary Surgical Oncology, Clinic 5-1 -
    • Participate in multi-disciplinary team including pharmacists, medical assistants, physicians, and administrators to provide world class oncology care
    • Answer patient advice requests via MyChart
    • Assist providers with procedures such as cystoscopies and prostate biopsies
    • See nurse only visits in clinic and act autonomously to address the patient's needs upon assessment
    • Prepare procedural trays in sterile fashion
    • Provide patients and family with pre-operative and pre-procedural instructions
    • Provide education about specific GU disease processes and treatments

Exception: Registered nurses hired between July 1, 2014 and March 31, 2021 without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) are expected to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date but must complete the program within five years of their start date. Registered nurses hired before July 1, 2014 are not required to enroll in a BSN program to remain in this job classification. -Experience -Twelve months of appropriate clinical experience is required. At a manager's discretion, employees with 6 months of experience who are exceptional performers may be eligible for this level. -Degrees, Licensures, Certifications -Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
