Job Description
Weissbluth Pediatrics is seeking a highly qualified full-time Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care to provide top quality, patient-centered health care to pediatric patients. This position will collaborate with other providers, while also building an independent patient panel.

Experience and Qualifications

• Active Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care (CPNP-PC) license to practice in Illinois.

• Board Certification in Pediatric Nursing

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
