Job DescriptionOverview
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Hennepin County Department of Community Corrections and Rehabilitation .
We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at the Hennepin County Government Center located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
The RN is responsible for case management, medication set up, medication education, coordination of community services and discharge planning. The RN will work closely with the referring probation officer supporting the transition of offenders back out in to the community.
Qualifications
Available Shift
Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm, No Weekend Work

Qualifications
- RN Licensed in the State of Minnesota, or ability to obain licensure.
- Current CPR
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm, No Weekend Work
