Lakeland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC has a great opportunity for weekend Baylor Nurses! We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurses LPN Charge Nurse for the Baylor Program. Baylor nurses work 12 hours on Saturday and 12 hours on Sunday and receive an additional 6 hours of pay. Baylor nurses receive 30 hours of pay for working 24 hours on the weekend. This is a great full time position for nurses who want to work on the weekends and off during the weekdays. Work two 12 hour shifts on the weekend and off during the weekdays! Our employees feel good about their work and enjoy some nice benefits. Licensed Practical Nurses on the Baylor program are supervised by the Unit Manager/ ADNS/ DNS. General Description for LPN Licensed Practical Nurses Baylor Program Under the direction of the Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing or Director of Nursing Services, responsible for supervision of assigned staff and providing quality nursing care to residents to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning. Coordinates nursing care in accordance with Facility policies and procedures, state requirements, Department of Health regulations, and Federal Health Care Administration regulations. Standard Requirements of Licensed Practical Nurses

  2. Is knowledgeable of resident rights and supports an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.
  3. Supports, cooperates with, and implements specific procedures and programs
Education/Training: of LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Graduate of an approved school of nursing; current nursing license to practice as a licensed practical nurse in the state. Must have current CPR certification. A.D.A ((Americans with Disabilities Act)(as amended)) Benefits
