Pinnacle Services and Pinnacle Home Care provides a spectrum of services, including home care services for individuals who have a mental health condition, developmental, cognitive or physical disabilities, or other health needs who require skilled nursing services in their home. We serve individuals living in the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding suburbs.
Pinnacle Home Care is currently hiring Registered Nurses to provide home care services. There is a full-time salaried position with a full benefits package, and Part-Time opportunities.
Registered nurses will be responsible for assessing the needs of the individual and creating customized care plans which may include providing medication management, evaluating the conditions and needs of the individual, and teaching the individuals and/or caregivers about new diagnoses, cares, and support skills. Individuals that require home health nursing services may include persons that have terminal or chronic health conditions, various disabling conditions, or older adults, and people recovering from an accident or injury. The RN will have regular interactions with individuals and their support teams which are important to quality care and can be extremely rewarding.
Pinnacle Services/Pinnacle Home Care is looking for a passionate Registered Nurse who will be able to work daytime hours during the week and fulfill on-call duties every other weekend. On-call duties are extremely minimal; primarily only requiring the nurse to be available to answer the phone and provide direction to support staff and rarely requires non-urgent in-person visits to a home in the metro area. Weekend on-call schedules are flexible and established in coordination with the nursing team.
Requirements:
Candidates must have an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Minnesota
Preferred: RNs with knowledge and experience in skilled home health care, are preferred, however we are willing to train the right person. Experience with Medicare home care agency requirements is a plus.
Schedule: Nurses will enjoy a flexible schedule.
