TEAM MEDICAL DIRECTOR

In this role you will:
  • Provide medical leadership for the Medical Team. Take responsibility, collaborating with other senior managers, physicians, and nursing leaders for establishing and meeting team productivity goals.
  • Participates in orientation and training of new providers.
  • Supervise providers on the team.
  • Participate in developing goals and priorities, collaborating with other members of the leadership team, senior managers and other physician and nursing leaders.
  • Participate in writing policies/procedures relevant to the Medical Team, as needed.

The successful applicant will offer:


  • Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Board Certified, with Massachusetts license.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Experience in medical administration, particularly evaluation and supervision of licensed medical providers and other clinical staff preferred. Must have demonstrated past leadership ability.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Utilization Review, Continuous Quality Improvement preferred.
  • Experience with and commitment to working with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs).
