A non-profit, faith-based healthcare organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Licensed Practical Nurse Appeals Nurse.
Must be able to:
Organize and review medical records, lab results and radiological reports
Interpret medical records and write detailed reports
Determine eligibility of members' medical bills according to the program guidelines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
LPN license required with sound knowledge of anatomy and physiology and disease processes
Understand diversity of systems and work flows as they relate to the type of review or assignment
Ability to multitask in multiple operating systems
Ability to work for extended periods of time on the computer
Ability to be objective and impartial
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
Must be able to:
