Assignment

Dates: Monday - Friday clinic coverage for Hematology /Medical oncology patient population

Schedule: *M-F | 8a-430p |

Setting: Outpatient

Call: TBD

Volume: *AVG Inpatient Census: 0-6 per Day *AVG Consults: 3 per Day *AVG Outpatient Census: 15-20 per Day

Patient Ages: Adult

Procedures: Routine Infusion Treatments

Cases: Hematology; Oncology; Benign Heme

Support Staff: APP/Midlevel Coverage Available | Mon - Fri 8a - 430p

EMR/Charting: EPIC Beacon

Requirements

Boards: Board Certified; Board Eligible within 5 years

Certifications: BLS; DEA
