Home Care Nurse Tech Floater W3K Signon Bonus-Cone Health Overview: Provides personal care services, assists with activities of daily living and home management tasks as outlined in the plan of care developed by the Supervising RN. Services may be rendered in the patients' home or a facility

Responsibilities:
Demonstrates personal accountability. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals (including compliance with Infection Prevention, Hand Hygiene, Fall Reporting, etc.). Protects all confidential information and obeys all HIPAA regulations. Adheres to all organizational and departmental policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance. Documents care according to agency policy and submits documentation according to agency guidelines. Completes all departmentally required education, competencies, and/or proficiencies.
