DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS/NURSE PRACTITIONERThe health services that became the Anthony L Jordan Health Corporation (Jordan Health) began more than 100 years ago, in 1904. As one of the first 5 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) established in the nation, its roots are steeped in service to those who face barriers to health and health care, meeting their need for comprehensive medical, dentistry, behavioral health, and community services. Starting in northeast Rochester, NY, Jordan Health has since expanded to become a network of primary care offices and health centers serving residents living in three quadrants of Rochester, NY and in Canandaigua, N.Y. Jordan Health is now seeking a Director of Clinical Operations/Nurse Practitioner to provide preventative measures that protect the health and safety of patients; to strive to ensure that all health and safety standards and regulations are met in an effort to safeguard the health and well-being of patients; and to ensure access to preventative health and safety measures. • Clinical Services Manager and Practice Managers (PMs) who report to CSM are competent leaders in creating a Patient Centered environment and supporting Jordan's Strategic Goals
• Jordan Health maintains proper ratios of nurses with necessary attributes to support all Jordan patients with excellent care.
• Jordan is compliant with all regulatory requirements.
• Jordan Health is 100% compliant with all Infection Prevention Requirements.
• Collaboration with internal departments is maximized to support Jordan's strategic goals
• Relationships developed and maintained to ensure Jordan Health remains competitive, financially sound, and publicly respected.Required Qualifications:
• Nurse Practitioner degree
• 5+ years of professional healthcare experience
• 5+ years leadership/ supervisory experience managing teams of individuals towards success
• Valid RN license with no negative actions
• Valid BLS (American Heart Association) required
• Demonstrated skills in speaking, writing, administration, program development, management, and supervision.
• Demonstrated skills in project management desired
• Must possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of professions and organizations.
• Excellent computer skills, fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
