Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon

Houston Methodist Hospital Department of Cardiovascular Surgery Associates, Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group is seeking a highly skilled board certified cardiothoracic surgeon with experience in a broad range of cardiothoracic surgery with a focus on thoracic transplantation (heart, lung and heart-lung) and mechanical circulatory support with 3-5 years of experience preferred. Our multidisciplinary team is active in research, education and clinical trials. Candidates for the position will be expected to actively participate in the education and training of medical students, residents and fellows. Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart & Vascular Center is the top ranked heart and vascular center in Texas with a new state-of- the-art clinical facility including 11 CV operation rooms, 4 hybrid suites and a dedicated 36-bed cardiovascular intensive care unit.
