Ambulatory RN needed for Lyme Clinic! This is not at the main DHMC campus.
Address is 204 Dartmouth College Hwy, Lyme, NH 03768
Shift: Mon - Fri, No weekends or on-call
Floating required
All travelers outside of OR positions are required to take the Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam within 30 days of start and score higher than or equal to the angoff score. Travelers must get a 100% on Ventricular Interpretations and Lethal Arrhythmias.
Must have recent experience in level 1 trauma (within the last year)
All Med/Surg nurses must have Tele experience
If you worked with Dartmouth Hitchcock as perm staff in the past, you cannot have worked with them for at least 6 months
Work History: Must have a minimum of 1.5 years (18 months) to be considered. If at the minimum requirement then MUST have most if not all experience in a Level 1 facility.
All employees will be required to provide documentation that they have received 1 dose of the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine PLUS a booster, or 2 doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccine PLUS a booster. Exemptions will be on a case by case basis.
BLS must be AHA

Requirements:
- Candidates must have applied for New Hampshire license or compact license before applying for this role.
- COVID vaccination and booster required. This facility accepts declinations.
