Southington Care Center features a state-of-the-art dementia care program complete with a newly renovated outdoor patio garden and an adjacent garden room that replicates the home setting. Our staff promotes quality of life while fostering maximum well-being and quality of care.
The Nurse Manager plans, implements and evaluates the overall nursing care to residents while striving to improve the quality of dementia care through improvement initiatives. Creates an effective, efficient operation of the unit by scheduling and assigning work, resolving problems and filling in as necessary.

Qualifications
- Current Connecticut RN License
- BSN preferred
- Five or more years of managing both people and process
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of service to residents and team
- Long Term dementia care experience preferred
