Our group at HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland is expanding. With over 17 years' experience in trauma management, Extant Healthcare was founded and is still led by trauma surgeons. We are financially stable with immense growth opportunities on the horizon.

Trauma Program:

• State Level III
• 7 on/ 7 off schedule (24 hour call from home)
• Trauma service takes a portion of acute care surgery
• ED volume approximation 22k per year
• Approximately 7k ED admissions
• Trauma activations 10% growth to 550 (50 level I)

Trauma Surgeon Criteria

• Board Eligible / Certified General Surgery with Trauma/ Surgical Critical Care Fellowship Preferred
