24 Exam Rooms with 4 designated COVID exam rooms and a Bariatric exam room; can support up to 13 Providers; plus an on-site PharmD; on-site Behavioral Medicine with 2 designated rooms; 4 Nurses Stations; Designated Nurse for Wellness Visits; Case Manager; and an on-site Lab for a collaborative team approach, plus after hours Nurse Triage Service.
