Opportunity Details:

Supportive Work Environment and Team Approach to Care
Newer hospital with expanded ER and state-of-the-art surgery
25-beds hospital with 4 bed open ICU
Provide care to a variety of patients with acute concerns that can vary greatly - mild to complex
Shifts: 0700 - 1900 onsite with unrestricted night call 1900 - 0700
APPs onsite during peak hours
Typical inpatient census 8-15 patients per day. Admissions 2-3 day
Electronic health record: Meditech
Expedited hospital credentialing with completed application
Flexible block scheduling and supportive administrative team. Full-time 14 shifts/month - preferred. Physicians interested in part-time and PRN/Moonlight also encouraged to apply.

Ideal Candidate:

BC/BE in Internal Medicine
1-2 years' practice experience in an acute care setting, is preferred
Must be comfortable performing procedures
ND medical license and DEA without restrictions, or ability to obtain
Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and works well in a team-based care delivery model

25-bed critical access hospital accredited by the American College of Surgeons and The Joint Commission. This new, state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Western North Dakota houses our hospital and all of our primary and specialty care clinics under one roof.

Medical services include emergency services, critical care/ICU, rehabilitation services, orthopedics, general surgery, pain management, pediatrics, family medicine, acute care inpatient observation, swing bed services, cardiology, wound care, testing, mammography, CT scans, MRI and nuclear studies, psychiatry.
