Physician - Northeast Georgia Physicians Group -Gainesville, GA.
Job Duties: Provide medical consultations while adhering to practice standards. Complete all documentation within current EMR (Epic). Collaborate with team members, other healthcare professionals and ancillary personnel to provide patient care. Provide medical services to patients in a timely manner. Round patients daily. Ensure that the documentation of care is recorded in the patient's medical records in a legible, timely, complete, and accurate manner, consistent with practice group policies, as applicable, and consistent with applicable regulatory and oversight agencies. Comply with routine compliance audits and make appropriate changes as necessary to coding and documentation habits.
Minimum Requirements: Doctor of Medicine degree (or foreign equivalent degree), plus board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry. Must be eligible to obtain or possess a valid state of Georgia medical license.
Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
