Position Details:

Join 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
Patient-Centered Medical Home focus and Value-Based Medicine practice
Option for outpatient only or traditional model to round on your patients
Phone Call 1:4 weekends and one day during the week; Triaged first
Monday - Friday only; Administrative time included in schedule
15 Patients per day on average
Collegial group who values office staff as equals

Physician Benefits:

Guaranteed salary with shareholder track
High earning potential, ability to earn above 90th%ile of MGMA
2 Primary Care revenue streams - Fee-for-service & Medicare Advantage
401k with match of 50% of the first 6% of your contributions; Fully vested after 5 years
Profit-sharing of 7% for 0-9 years as a physician, 11% for 10+ years as a physician
Shareholder retains personal profit and receives distribution of company profit centers
HSA, medical, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance
20 days PTO, 8 paid holidays, 5 days and $2,500 allowance for CME
