Responsibilities:
Essential Areas of ResponsibilityProvide care to patients of all ages - infants to geriatricsManages outpatient care needs and provides prompt care that includes diagnosis, treatment, and the performance of medical procedures (within your scope of practice)Collaborate and coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing, health care personnel, and care team members Employ quality and process improvement practices to keep the clinic safe and improve patient outcomesNote: this is an outpatient-only, full-time (40 scheduled hours per week) Monday - Friday position.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position:will have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Masters or Doctorate programwill have one year of advanced practice experience, preferredboard certified as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitionerenjoys providing healthcare to all patient age ranges - infant to geriatricswill have the qualification to successfully obtain an unrestricted Minnesota practice license and DEAinterested in a full-time 40-hour per work week, outpatient-only modelhave excellent interpersonal and leadership skillsdemonstrate the ability to work independentlydemonstrate the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing patient demographics and needs
