Practice Description:
Fairview Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic - Eden Prairie. Practice Details: 8 primary care providers. Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.36 patient contact hours per week.Openings: 1.0 FTE Flexible schedule.As an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).No call is required.Income Details:Initial 2 year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program rewarding production, quality and patient experience.Comprehensive benefits package: generous time off and CME allowance, malpractice insurance (includes tail coverage), retirement contributions, & more.

Qualifications:
Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).BLS and ACLS Certified.Preferred Qualifications:Candidates must have experience working in a primary care clinic setting (3 years preferred).
