Practice Description:
M Health Fairview Woodwinds Hospital seeks a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Internal Medicine (preferred) or Family Medicine physician to join the Hospitalist team. M Health Fairview Woodwinds Health Campus is an 86-bed health campus, Level IV trauma, that opened in 2000 and is located on 30 acres of pristine wetlands, and the only hospital in the southeast metro area. Specialty services include Orthopedics, Maternity Care, Spine Care, Cancer Care and Natural Care Center. Practice Details:Flexible Work Schedule with 7 days on and 7 days offFTE 0.6-1.0Shift Hours:AM Rounder: 7 am - 6 pmAM Swing Shift: 8 am - 7:30 pmPM Swing Shift: 12 pm - 10 pmOvernight Shift: 9 pm - 7:30 amAll Hospitalists are expected to work 6-10 overnight shifts per yearExceptional group of physicians with collegial relationships with all specialty groups that practice within the health systemAverage 12-15 patients for AM shifts and 5-10 patients for PM shiftsWork with a collegial group of over 13 hospitalistsFully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)Income Details:Competitive salary guarantee with ability to exceedSign-on bonusQualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness ProgramComprehensive benefits package: generous time off, annual CME allowance, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, retirement contributions, relocation & more

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency training programBoard Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic AssociationLicensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice LicensureAbility to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of MinnesotaMeet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
