UnityPoint Clinic is actively recruiting for an Endocrinologist to join our team in Sioux City, IA Opportunity to work with patients with diabetes on an outpatient basis. Providing diabetes education and management on an patients and familiesFocus on planning, supervising treatments, and monitoring of diabetes related health concernsWork in collaboration with Diabetes Educators from an ADA Accredited Diabetes Self- Management programCoordinating care of patients with the patient's primary care providerCompetitive compensation and benefits package - Including signing bonus, relocation, 401K match, CME allowance, and time offOnsite services (x-ray, lab, etc.)36 Patient Contact hours flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient accessFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordinationAbility to mold practiceAdditional details by request from group
Responsibilities:
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serveProvide the best outcome for every patient every time
Qualifications:
