Unit Manager Registered Nurse (RN) OpportunityQuail Run Behavioral Health Hospital is a 102-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona. Quail Run features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 10,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Quail Run Behavioral Health.www.quailrunbehavioral.comThe Nurse Manager is responsible for the clinical practice of nursing which includes directing all services provided by the Nursing Services Department. The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and Performance & Improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff assigned to his/her unit. Qualifications:
