Shift: 0700-1930 or 1900-0730.
ETW, EOH. On Call Requirement only possible during scheduled shift if low census
Experience with the following are all preferred but not required: recovering open heart patients, CRRT experience (PrisMax/PrismaFlex devices), IABP, Impella.
BLS, ACLS Must be AHA
Must accept/decline an offer within 24 hours.
Please be advised that start dates will be ~28 days out from time of offer to ensure enough time for compliance completion. Certain circumstances may allow for an earlier start, which may be considered during the offer process.
Experience:
- 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have applied for Wisconsin license or compact license before applying for this role.
- Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
- COVID vaccination required. This facility accepts declinations.
- Flu vaccination is required. This facility does not accept declinations.
