Status: Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient's health.
Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues.
Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health.
Interacting with patients and instructing them on proper oral care.
Measuring and fitting dental appliances.
Referring patients to a specialist if needed.
Provide general dental care by cleaning teeth and filling cavities.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications
1+ year of Dental Experience
Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
A state license to practice
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Ability to work closely with a senior management team and lead up and down the chain of command
Compensation
33-35% of collections
