Job Details

We are actively looking to hire several Family Nurse Practitioners AND Physician Assistants who have active Provider Licenses in NC in good standing with unrestricted DEA and is DOT Certified. The position will work at 1 site in the greater Garner NC metro area. Must have at least 1 year experience in Urgent Care, ER or Family Practice to be considered.

• Practicing medicine with physician supervision including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. Within Physician-Mid-Level relationship, Mid-Levels exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services.
• Conducts physical exams, assesses health status, orders and interprets tests, prescribes medications, and treats illnesses including giving injections, reading X-Rays and suturing wounds.
• Monitors therapies and provides continuity of care
• Triages patient calls and evaluates patient problems. Responds to emergencies including use of CPR.
• Documents patient information and care in medical record in a timely manner.
• Oversee clinic staff to ensure appropriate care, operational effectiveness and patient satisfaction

• Work schedule is a mix of alternating (10) and (12) shifts
• Week 1 is 3(12) shifts
• Week 2 is 4(10) shifts
