Registered Nurse - Urology
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the management of patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient outcomes. The nurse directs and guides the delivery of nursing care, patient education, and all care-related activities, while maintaining standards of professional nursing and collaborating with other disciplines as appropriate.

EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in New York.
- Meets requirements of pre-employment screening and physical
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with EPIC EMR, outpatient modules
- Experience in urology or medical offices preferred.
- Diploma in Nursing - Nursing
- EPIC
- CPR - Basic Life Support - Other
- Registered Nurse - State Issued
- Customer Service
