Clinical Educator Registered Nurse RN, Administration, Full Time, Days
Physician's Surgical Hospitals are partnered with BSA Health System to provide two surgical facilities which include Quail Creek Surgical Hospital and Panhandle Surgical Hospital in Amarillo. Each hospital combines the latest technology with a warm and caring staff specializing in surgical services. Physicians Surgical Hospital is unique because it is owned and operated by physicians in an affiliation with BSA Health System.
Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Creating/developing, presenting/ facilitating and or/ coordinating educational opportunities for the customers of PSH, LLC and BSA thereby ensuring job enhancement, regulatory compliance and or/ knowledge acquisition.
Qualifications
Education/Licensure/Certifications:
Current License as RN in the State of Texas
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field Required or current progression toward degree attainment.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Position requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriately
Must exhibit desire to exemplify the BSA culture, including the BSA Mission, Vision and the BSA Way
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Good organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to multi-task constantly and tolerate interruptions
Ability to give directions to others
Possess knowledge of basic office equipment and use of personal computer using Microsoft Office applications
Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team
Demonstrates positive, customer-focused interpersonal and skills; accustomed to public speaking
