Pivot Onsite Innovations is now hiring an experienced and self-driven LPN for a full time position. This role will provide healthcare support at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client's distribution center in Greenville, OH! Must be able to work overnights Sunday to Thursday 930PM to 6AM!

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates health care for employees in the onsite clinic, overseeing the evaluation and case management of workplace injuries and compliance with medical surveillance programs.

Your typical day includes:

* Taking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
* Cleaning basic wound care and bandaging injured areas
* Administering immunizations, scheduling appointments, and keeping medical records current
* Managing cases of workman's compensation claims
* Assuring compliance with OSHA and DOT programs such as hearing conservation, blood-borne pathogen training, random drug screening, and follow-up programs

You are a great fit if you:

* Have a valid state LPN license
* Have a minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
* Have the ability to communicate with all levels across the organization effectively
* Have strong administrative and management skills
* Have working knowledge of HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA regulations
