Location: Arlington, WA- Surgery center is shared with Providence at the Everett clinic (5-10 min drive)

Hours: 7:30/8- 4 pm- 1 hour lunch. 36 patient contact hours per week

Your Practice:


    Joining 4 Urologist, looking for a 5th-
    Community call rotations, high frequency in hospital

      Shared community call with Providence 1:6, 1:8 once brought in

      Epic EMR
      2 XI DaVinci Robots
      20-22 Patients per day
      14 patients per day for procedures
      1:1 ratio with RN/ MA/ PA (For Arlington)
      30 min for new visits

      Cases Seen:


        All out-patient
        General Urology, ASC background preferred
        Types of procedures include: Nephrectomy, urinary diversions, endourology
        Cannot dedicate towards specific fellowship- All general

        Required Qualifications:


          A degree in medicine from an accredited school and completion Urology Residency, Board eligible or certified. Meets regular CME guidelines.
          Board Certified, unrestricted license to practice in Washington State
          Maintain ACLS certification, PALS certification.
          Accepting new graduates out of fellowship, prefer experienced Urologist
          Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance.           Preferred Qualifications:


            Board Certified, unrestricted license to practice in Washington State
            Experience working in an ASC environment

              Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $302,600 to $485,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
