Must Haves:
The Licensed Practical Nurse role is vital to both the short and long term care of the patients we serve throughout all of our clinics, specialties, and sites. In this role, you will:
Monitor patient's vitals and record them in their file
Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
Update patient records in a confidential manner
Evaluate the patient's wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff
Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families

Job Details
Must Haves:
- Active LPN License in PA
- 1+ years of LPN experience (inpatient/ambulatory/clinic/outpatient a big plus)
- Ability to multitask, handle multiple patients, and provide quality care, with high integrity
