Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

• ICU-only, Cardiovascular Surgery NP / PA

• Anticipated Start: Spring 2023

• Schedule: 14 shifts per month - 7 days/7 nights

• No call requirements

• EMR: Epic

• Salary set by client, equivalent positions range from $120000 - $180000

• Florida

Qualifications

• Must have 5 or more years of experience in CVICU -OR- equivalent case volume

• Must be able to function independently in all aspects of job

• Manage post-op recovery and management of mechanical support, including Impella, LVAD, IABP, and ECMO

• Experience with intubation, CVC and HD cath placement, arterial lines, and CT insertion/management required.

• Bedside procedures and patient management experience required
