Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our WillowBrooke Court (Skilled Nursing) neighborhood.
In this role, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in skilled nursing. Participates in the supervision of nursing assistants, and coordinates the provision of resident care according to the care plans.

- Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current or eligible for certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Minimum of one year experience within the geriatric health care field
