ON-CALL VISIT NURSE HOME HEALTH
FULL-TIME WITH BENEFITS
POTENTIAL SIGN-ON BONUS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* 7 days on / 7 days off
* on-call for visits as necessary
* Providing nursing care as needed including specialized skills.
* Assessing needs and communicating significant findings, problems, patients or familys needs.
* Solid support system and part of an on-call team
REQUIREMENTS:
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
* RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
* Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, home care preferred
* Acute care experience highly desired
* Valid Drivers License, auto insurance and reliable transportation
* Excellent observation, problem solving and communication s
