RN Case Manager - Home Health Needed for a 13 week assignment in Anchorage, AK.

Required Qualifications
AK License
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Health and Hospice
Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications
Travel Experience
