Full-time Fertility Nurse- Seattle (Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, day shift)

General Duties

* Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols and procedures.
* Comfort and support patients going through assisted reproductive technology.
* Coordinates patient treatment plans, such as In Vitro Fertilization and Frozen Embryo Transfers.
* Perform intrauterine inseminations.
* Assures quality care by adhering to therapeutic standards; follows physician practice and nursing division philosophies, as well as standards of care set by the state and other governing agency regulations.

. Requirements:
* Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington.
* 2+ years of OBGYN or fertility nursing experience strongly preferred.
* BLS Certification.
* Experienced in EMR, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

External candidates with 5+ years of fertility nursing experience OR 10+ years of other nursing experience may be eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
