Our starting pay rates are as individualized as you are and we believe experience should be rewarded. That's why our starting rates are experience based ($20-$26 an hour).
Each of our units is only 33 beds, allowing for comfortable staff to resident ratios. We also take pride in promoting within, so come join Wesley's team.
