Description:

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators. The Registered Nurse will be Responsible for providing higher level clinical support to the health care team by providing superior nursing care services to patients in accordance with established RN job standards, policies, and procedures

You Will Be Responsible For:

* Exceptional Patient Care: Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively
* Excellent Communicator: Communicates effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients and family members
* Strong Educator: Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.
* Technical Familiarity: Understanding of computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
* Active Teamwork: Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork

Requirements:

* Education: Graduate of an accredited R.N. program.; CPR required
* Licensure: Current Massachusetts R.N. license
* Experience: Three (3) to four (4) years of related clinical and/or hospital experience, or previous experience in a hospital or ambulatory care setting.
* Certification: CPR
* Skills: Familiarity with computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), e-mail, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office. Demonstrated teamwork and communication (written and verbal) skills; demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to organize, analyze and interpret clinical data. High level of dependability and accuracy required
* Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks

Preferred Skills:

* Certification: Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred.
