The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital seeks a PhD or MD with HCLD certification to join our diverse and collaborative team as the Director of the Assisted Reproductive Technologies Laboratory.

The candidate should possess an exceptional work ethic, established expertise in reproductive science, a spirit of inclusivity and an enthusiasm for leadership.  A commitment to building a diverse team is essential. 

As senior leader, the ART Lab Director will collaborate in the development and execution of the strategic plan for the Department at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, ensuring the balanced advancement and equity of clinical, teaching, quality, and research missions.   

A history of research is required along with at least 1 year of experience directing an IVF laboratory.  Teaching of fellows and other trainees is expected. Leadership in national fertility organizations is encouraged.

Academic rank as Instructor, Assistant Professor or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training and achievements.
