Position Summary:

Ultimate in flexibility for the experienced RN. This department serves as a RN system float pool for the ProMedica Health System. Staff are expected to work within their specialty area while serving various hospitals of the system.

Primary areas served are Toledo, Flower, and Bay Park Hospitals with additional opportunities throughout the system. Areas of specialty include: Emergency Center, Intensive Care, Acute Care, Surgical Services, and Outpatient Procedural areas. Staff in the float pool receive orientation to these areas and have a wonderful opportunity to broaden knowledge and skill. This position requires critical thinking, adaptability, and time management. Collaboration with the multi-disciplinary care team on each unit is expected. Float pool differential offered.

There are no weekend or holiday requirements. The only requirement is that you work a minimum of 24 hours/ month.

Job Requirements

* RN with license to practice in the state of Ohio required
* Minimum of three yrs. acute care nursing experience
* BLS for Healthcare providers required
* ACLS required for some units
