PDN VENT NURSE LPN RN - $500 Bonus

Interim HealthCare of Augusta is seeking home care nurses (RN/LPN), experienced with caring for patients on home ventilators, to provide private duty nursing care to one of our pediatric or adult patients with chronic conditions/diseases.

We have an Urgent and Immediate need for a patient in the Sardis/Waynesboro GA area. $500 Assignment Sign-On Bonus plus Rate Add-Ons/Differentials for home ventilator experienced private duty nurse accepting at least 32 hours per week with this patient.
Patient is a male teen who has multiple chronic conditions with home ventilator, trach, gtube. Patient needing 8 to 12 hours per days of one-on-one skilled nursing care for treatment of this chronically ill patient. *Other Patient Assignment Options Available*

Requirements:

• Active GA nursing license or multi-state compact license
• Home Ventilator Certified or with Applicable Experience
• Recent (PPD) TB skin test or chest X-ray (12 mo / 5 yrs)
• BLS Provider CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
