Registered Nurse PRN - Float Pool

The Registered Nurse will provide compassionate professional nursing care to patients within his/her assigned department consistent with the Medical Center's mission and core values. The RN will plan, direct and provide care consistent with current best nursing practices, principles of care and procedures. The RN will practice consistently with all Medical Center policies and procedures, government regulations and Joint Commission standards. The RN will coordinate and direct ancillary staff to ensure quality patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing. Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio required. BLS required. ACLS certification required or obtained within one year of hire. Two years of acute care experience required. One year of critical care experience preferred. Must Be able to meet PRN requirements as detailed in ONA contract.

TWO OR MORE YEARS RN EXPERIENCE IN ACUTE CARE SETTING REQUIRED.
