*Employment Type:* Full time *Shift:* Night Shift *Description:* Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced *Registered Nurse* *(RN)* to join our *Inpatient Rehab team* at *Mount Sinai Rehab Hospital* in Hartford.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the Rehab team to assist in problem solving, provide direct care to all ages of patients from adolescent to geriatric with particular focus on the adult patient. They will provide health education for patients and families, manage patient care assignments and demonstrate clinical competency and knowledge of Rehab.
*Work Hours/Shift:*

* Full Time - 36 hours

* Nights

* Every other weekend

*You Will Be Responsible For*:

* *Exceptional Patient Care*: Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.

* *Strong Educator: *Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.

* *Active Teamwork*: Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork.

*Requirements*:

* *Education*: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

* *Licensure*: Current Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Connecticut

* *Certification*: BLS certification required

* *Experience: *Rehabilitation in Acute Care and/or Short Term Care

*Preferred Skills: *

* *Certification*: CRRN Certification
