*Employment Type:* Full time *Shift:* Night Shift *Description:* *Trinity Health Of New England* is looking for an experienced *Registered Nurse* to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators at *Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center*. This critical role assists in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.
*Work Hours/Shift:*

* Full time

* 36 hours

* Night Shift

* 7pm-7am

*You Will Be Responsible For*:

* *Exceptional Patient Care:* Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.

* *Strong Educator:* Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.

*Requirements*:

* *Education*: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.

* *Licensure*: Current Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Connecticut.

* *Certification*: BLS (AHA/ARC).

*Preferred Skills: *

* *Education:* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.

* *Experience:* Acute care, Medical-Surgical, Oncology experience preferred.

* *Certification: *ACLS and Oncology Certification preferred.
