Job Details

Day-to-Day:

Oversees the execution and timely delivery of all Investment Management team tasks and projects
Accountable for accuracy of buys placed in agency buying platform
Able to address partner contractual needs, such as IO notes, SOWs, etc...
Ensures best practices in investment process, efficiencies, etc... are implemented and operational
Drives POVs on new investment offerings, processes and technologies
Accountable for team's timely reconciliation of partner invoices
Responsible for Marketplace Position reporting
Responsible for accuracy of investment data reported to central team
Responsible for accurate investment closures of campaigns
Responsible for assignment and execution of ad hoc projects

Internal + External Relationships:

Responsible for developing talent, delegating appropriately, and ensuring teams are working smoothly
Responsible for managing and prioritizing team assignments
Provides clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals, prioritization and measures of success to all key stakeholders
Fosters a positive work environment
Provides expertise and shares knowledge with junior team members
Delivers constructive, actionable feedback to team
Continues to develop working relationships with client contacts as necessary
Strong relationships with key media partners
Collaborates internally with leadership across capabilities and teams
Strong relationships with key Groupe teams, such as ReSources and Business Operations
Able to navigate proper support for Investment systems and tools
Contributes to new business efforts as needed

Qualifications:

Exhibits professionalism, integrity, self-awareness, and an attitude of continuous improvement
Ability to multi-task, manage one's time, and demonstrate personal organization to meet deadlines
Proven ability to lead people and projects
Able to deal with ambiguous and challenging situations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean, etc...)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
Adherence to agency procedures (on-time and accurate time sheets, GDPs, 360 feedback)
10+ years of industry experience, preferably within media planning and/or buying
Pharmaceutical industry a plus
BA/BS
