Physician AssistantMarathon Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to treat and work with the employees and families of Cargill at their near-site health and wellness center in Dodge City, KS.This is a 40 hour per week position with full benefits. No on-call or weekends. Responsibilities:
The Physician Assistant is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions.The position may also be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the medical assistants within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the centers staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience practicing as a Physician Assistant, preferably in primary care/family practiceElectronic Medical Record (EMR) experienceCurrent and unrestricted state licensureQualified applicants should believe in making a difference and believe in quality decisions, great communication, collaboration, and instilling trust to lead a great wellness program
