ASSOCIATE OR FULL PROFESSOR HEAD PHYSICIAN RESPONSIBLE FOR PEDIATRIC CARDIAC SURGERY WITHIN THE CARDIAC SURGERY SERVICE

Expected start date in position: To be agreed

Workplace: Lausanne, Switzerland

Your qualifications:

• Swiss Federal diploma in medicine (or equivalent)

• FMH title in cardiac and thoracic vascular surgery or equivalent

• Extensive clinical experience in pediatric and congenital heart surgery

• Extensive experience of adult congenitals also including heart transplantation and pediatric circulatory assistance

• Academic knowledge of faculty rank with proven practice in pre and postgraduate teaching

• Ability to set up clinical research programs likely to be supported by external expert funds

• Have demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, interdisciplinary collaboration, and networks as well as in human resources management

• Good knowledge of French (LM or minimum B2, C1 ideal) or ability to acquire it quickly.
