The University of Michigan Department of Urology is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible candidate for a position within the Division of Pediatric Urology. This Assistant Professor appointment is on the University of Michigan Medical School Clinical Track. The selected candidate will work in the University of Michigan Health System clinics and operating rooms primarily in Mott Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The scope of practice will encompass all pediatric urological conditions with emphasis on reconstructive surgery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with reconstructive operations for congenital anomalies of the genitalia and the lower urinary tract and will work collaboratively with and be supported by other members of the Pediatric Urology Division and faculty in the University of Michigan Department of Urology. The selected candidate is planned to have one full day of clinic at Mott Children's Hospital and one full day at the Brighton Center for Specialty Care. Operative procedures will be performed primarily at C. S. Mott Children's Hospital.

Additionally, the candidate will provide ambulatory and operative pediatric urology care at partnering hospitals offsite, including Sparrow Hospital and Bronson Hospital. We expect 2 days of clinic and 2 days of OR per week, with 20% protected time (representing one day per week) for developing a clinical research focus, administrative duties, and professional/ academic development.
