Post-Acute Care Physician needed in scenic Central Pennsylvania

Penn State Health is a multi-hospital health system serving patients and communities across Central Pennsylvania.  We are hiring a Post-Acute Care Physician to join our growing team providing nursing home and personal care in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Requirements:
Must possess a MD, DO, or foreign equivalent;
BE/BC IM or FM trained physician;
Completion of accredited Geriatric Fellowship program; 
Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license
